It is a refreshing book from the various books written by other big Authors like Aswathappa etc. These books are only thick but they contain reading materials not relevant for today's business. It makes an interesting read and I am fascinated by the simple approach- mainly brevity and clarity that keeps the reader glued to the book. This book is not only for HR. It is a must-read book for everyone who wishes to succeed in the corporate world. The organisation and sequencing of chapters with catchy titles (’t’ + ’t’ = ’T’) gives the book a smooth flow.
  
  One outstanding feature of the book are the ‘caselets’. They are practical, interesting, authentic and relevant. They give an opportunity to the reader to ‘think’ and relate to real life situations. Although there are no set answers or templates to these situations, a few tips could have helped.
  
  I must confess that I read a few Chapters in more detail and scanned the others. My focus went to “T” as Talent and Training as that has been my ‘cup of tea.’ The next were Competencies, OD and Change Management. I wish to compliment you for the treatment you have given to each of these subjects - focused and very well balanced.
  
  This book is certainly going to benefit all those who have any interest or involvement in HR. I will surely recommend it to all my college students who are in the HR stream of MBA.
  
  I am not happy about one aspect of the book. And that’s the price. You have underestimated the value of the book. It should have been priced at atleast at Rs 500.
