An M.A., B.Ed in English literature, Pheru Singh Ruhela started his career as a teacher, rising to the position of the Headmaster (Principal) of the ACC Ltd. School, Lakheri (Rajasthan) due to his outstanding performance. His ability to engage with students endeared him to them and motivated them to perform better. His passion for teaching and the satisfaction of seeing young minds blossom into mature adults motivated him to constantly improvise his teaching style, to make the subject matter more interesting and easy to grasp. To this end, he ensured that he too upgraded his knowledge and qualifications. A dedicated educator, he did not limit his interactions to his classes alone, going out of his way to ensure that deserving students completed their education, which helped shape their future. Though retired, he continues to guide his students, who remain connected to him even today.
